Building trust and leadership for a successful merger
The CEO of a newly formed organization (the result of a government mandated merger of various independent companies) realized that there was an immediate need for transformational leadership development within his executive team. Their obstacles were significant: the organization had no articulated strategy or operating principles, the executive team had never worked together before, the culture of the organization was fragmented and an entire country’s energy supply was dependent upon seamless success.
Evidence Based Psychology deployed a custom-designed leadership excellence journey for the executive team and next level of leaders. This included individual and team coaching, formal leadership training, feedback and immersion components.
The executive team, CEO and organization delivered. Team cohesiveness, critical emotional skills, engagement and cultural alignment were maximized.
